Thanksgiving Chutney

OK, everyone who listens to NPR regularly has heard way too much about Mama Stamberg's cranberry relish. But at the bottom of this page is a different recipe for a magnificent garlic-ginger-cranberry chutney that is one of the most delicious things I have ever tasted. I made it last year as an experiment and there was not nearly enough of it. I'm making a double batch this year.
